Who we are

worcflow is built by LastByte, a tech partner studio based in India. We help startups go from zero to one. We've been in the trenches with founders — building products, shipping fast, learning what breaks when you scale.

Why we built worcflow

We watched businesses lose customers over broken promises in WhatsApp groups. A founder tells a client “we'll ship by Thursday.” The message gets buried. Thursday comes and goes. The client follows up angry. The founder finds out last.

This happens in every Indian B2B business, every day. Not because people are careless — because the tools they use (WhatsApp, email) have zero accountability infrastructure. We built worcflow to fix that.

Our constitution

• Profitable from day 1. No VC-subsidized pricing that disappears in 18 months. The price you see is the price that stays.
• We don't sell your data. We never train on your conversations. Your business conversations are more sensitive than your financials — we treat them that way.
• We keep our commitments. worcflow tracks commitments — so we track our own. Every promise we make to you is in the system.
