The team behind worcflow
worcflow is the product of Lastbyte AI Labs Pvt Ltd, a Pune company founded by Ajinkya Kshirsagar and Harsh Shah. Before worcflow, we ran a tech partner studio that took startups from zero to one — years in the trenches with founders, building products, shipping fast, learning what breaks when you scale.
We built worcflow after watching businesses lose customers over broken promises in WhatsApp groups. A founder tells a client “we'll ship by Thursday.” The message gets buried. Thursday comes and goes. The client follows up angry. The founder finds out last.
worcflow is the product we wish existed when we were running operations for our clients. We're in early access today, running live pilots with seven Indian businesses. We work alongside each of them directly, and what they teach us is what ships next.

Is worcflow ready, or am I signing up for a vision?
Both. Support is live and working today, Books is in build, and the rest ship every few months. We’re honest about what’s shipped and what isn’t.
How is this different from hiring another ops person?
An ops person costs ₹4–6 lakh, works 9 hours, holds maybe 50 threads, and takes everything they know when they leave. worcflow costs less, works around the clock, holds every thread, and its knowledge stays with the business.
